Ashley Kollmorgen President

Ashley founded Encore in 2016 wanting to create a company that was focused on providing economical solutions in order to minimize industry’s effects on water quality. Ashley saw a need to look holistically at the whole project from start to finish while being mindful of budgetary and schedule constraints. She builds long lasting relationships with clients and values transparency, integrity, respect, and open communication with everyone she works with.

Ashley continues to bring an all-encompassing experience with stormwater management, planning and permitting, erosion control, and restoration. She brings a fresh perspective to her clients when it comes to budgeting, planning, and executing the specific needs of each project.

Ashley graduated from Central WA University in 2006 with an undergrad degree in Biology. After she graduated, Ashley went to work in the construction stormwater treatment industry, operating treatment systems and performing erosion and sediment control inspections. From there Ashley focused her career on the construction side, working in underground utilities and the heavy civil industry with an emphasis on project management, estimating and business development.

Ashley has a passion for conservation specifically with how the eco-systems and animals all play an important role in the world and how they work together seamlessly. She enjoys spending time showing her horses in cutting, as well as hiking in the mountains with her two labs Gordie and Lola.
