SeaTac Airport International Arrivals Facility

This project involves major utility work and construction of a new terminal on the South end of the Seattle Tacoma International airport as well as improvements to the air side terminals.

In conjunction with WaterTectonics, Encore is providing complete environmental oversight and management on multiple trades for civil and building construction, specific work includes inspection, reporting, monitoring and directing work necessary for compliance with the SWPPP and Port of Seattle’s NPDES permit. Encore is also overseeing the operation and maintenance of the site’s water treatment systems as well as providing updated environmental plans and documentation.
